About program
The “Express” course is a reduced detox Mayr therapy program, the action of which is aimed at the best possible cleansing of the body from waste and toxins, as well as getting rid of excess fat deposits within a short period.
The course of the therapy is prescribed based on the opinion of a nutritionist and dermatologist, the results of ultrasound diagnostics of the abdominal cavity and urinary system, ECG, diagnostics of the amount of adipose tissue, as well as complete laboratory tests.
The main focus of this program is introduction of a carefully selected diet, monitoring the proper nutrition regimen and a special water intake schedule. To enhance the effectiveness of the therapy, manual and detoxifying types of massages are used, as well as pearl baths, aromatherapy, and mineralization with Guerande salt. The physical tone of the body in the process of detoxification is maintained through racewalking, swimming, and water aerobics exercises.

The program participants pay for accommodation according to the “Room Only” tariff (three dietary meals a day are included in the price of the course).
